With this massive world it is amazing there are not more issues, and it is amazing that you guys stay on top of things and keep things running like you do! These types of issues are a part of life with this environment that is for sure, we know you are working hard behind the scenes to get things back up and running! Always great communication and open feedback, keep up the good work and we are all behind you!
