login blocked

WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE?
When i try to log in i get this message: "Second life can not be accessed from
this computer. If u feel this is an error please contact
[email]support@secondlife.com[/email]".
I read that this is some kind of block for misbehaviour. I have done ABSOLUTELLY
NOTHING WRONG and i have some deadlines in world to respect. I already emailed [email]support@secondlife.com[/email] but i am affraid their answer might take days. If someone reads this could they ask live help to look into this so HOPEFULLY i will b ablle to login again normally as soon as possible. Thank you. If anyone wants to contact me plz do at [email]golamamadeus@hotmail.com[/email] (as i can not access sl, i am not able to see my IM's).

Hi, Golam. You've taken the right steps: 1. read the knowledge base about the [url=http://secondlife.com/knowledgebase/article.php?id=025]error message[/url] and 2. in this case, contact support. To ensure that Support can best determine what block has been placed and why it was added, be sure to include in the email your Second Life account name, as well as any Second Life accounts that log in from that location. As the KB details, it's possible that someone else using the same computer has done something to cause the block. Support will help you sort it out.
