What a lovely day on SecondLife today - i've had over 70 residents screaming at me because payments they make back and forth while on our establishment have not been made - they have been "stale". I can assure you *I* have the money in my account, but somewhere between me paying and them getting .... it all dies in the arse.

One would have thought that with four SIM crashes and a SIM reboot, that perhaps things would be getting a little better - that's not the case. Not only are they not able to pay for things, they cant teleport, and end up crashing multiple times during their "fun" stay on our Island.

This is not only wearing their nerves very thin - but has pushed me to the very edge of my ability to stay polite.

Having responses such as, "oh it's being looked into", "yes we're aware", "it's being worked on as we speak", "SL has been worse", "watch the blog for updates"... when we are in our 9th hour of such appalling conditions isn't doing anything to soothe the savage beast.

There's only so much smoke one can blow up someone's posterior - when will this be fixed?
