You guys paying my paypal... Why can't you?

I have tried 3 times to receive my money that I Earned on SL to be sent to my paypal but it is always returned 4 days after I request it.

My paypal Info....




Please give me an explanation why my money is not being received.

I have read all of your rules about the process credit request and have triple checked everything in my paypal account.

Please help me reslove this.
