Empty Shops at Luna

There are quite a few empty shops at Luna. It seems like whoever was next on the list should get the chance to set up their wares. I like wandering around there - Luna is very pretty, and it provides a random cross-section of things residents are creating. There is usually someone there shopping when I go, too.

As current Luna manager I will look into the empty stalls/shops and see what I can do to get them filled.
