Permissions changed on attached objects

Last night I logged in and went to change the color on my Mabui Jet Pack as I would do on a daily basis only to find the the permissions have been changed to no anything. No mod, copy, or transfer. Also the aquired date (I received it as a gift more than a year ago) has changed to last night (10/11/06). Furthermore, the creator was changed to Unknown. In checking further, I found my Huddle HUD had suffered the same fate as well as my Persenickity Glasses. I found that all the attachments I was wearing at log in were affected the same way.

I haven't checked through my 2 years+ worth of inventory, a good portion of which has to do with my in world business and may or may not be reproduceable, but it appears from other threads here that I wasn't the only one affected by the permission exploit "fix".

My question is what information do I need to provide for you to accept that the "fix" has created other problems for residents?

And, what will Linden Labs do to correct the problem?

UPDATE:

What I have found so far with a bit of hit and miss checking in my inventory and some of my vendors in world is that if I check the properties while leaving the object in my inventory or in my vendors, the creator is unknown and the permission settings may be incorrect. But if I rez the same object on the floor, all settings and information seems to be correct. (random check of some 20 or so items)

However, the objects I was wearing when I logged in on Wednesday night are still set to no mod, no copy, and no transfer.
