Alright, I'm very angry atm, but will try to hold my temper. This needs to be addressed, however.
I can understand LL needing to look into claims of abuse/griefing/etc done via e-mail,PM, or Abuse Reports. When a Linden is called in on such, and personally has to clean up objects in-world that violate the real life privacy of another resident, why is no action being taken?
If in-world Lindens do not have the authority to handle such, then they shouldn't be in-world Lindens.
I can see waits on trees overhanging boundries, and stupid items like that, but this is a violation of real life we are talking about here.
Having a Linden come in and remove content and then just say to "..continue to file AR's..." is utter bull.
Yes, I'm making it public here (without names) as there is no other way to get the message through (every e-mail I send to LL is "returned" for some unknown reason). I'll supply names, times, and details to any Linden that wishes it. If this is a solitary Linden's view of handling customer relations then LL needs to do a corperation wide instruction on teh proper way to handle such things. If this is a LL policy of how to handle things, LL has best sit down and figure out the proper way to handle things.

Jessy, While I can understand the need to vent, especially after feeling such strong emotions, it doesn't help either of us because the way you're describing this is vague and points at things I just don't have an answer for--because I wasn't there firsthand to witness it. I'd rather not make an uninformed statement and make things worse. To such ends, I've seen "objects in-world that violate the real life privacy of another resident" removed on the spot. Some, however, were not so clear-cut, and needed further investigation to confirm. It's always a danger because if we were to act rashly and make a mistake, then that would compound the damage. We've had times where someone falsely claimed something was violating their privacy just because they wanted it removed (it was blocking the view of their house). Each situation is different, and it's ultimately better to focus on what's true to the best of our knowledge. The ideals sound great, but the reality is, again, a case-by-case basis is what's needed. Feel free to let me know the specifics--my alternate email is torley@gmail.com and should be used with care, but this is a situation which sounds like it needs that care--and I'll check with the Abuse Team about this.
