Right !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys are always backlogged in one way or the other...... What are you doing to fix it? Where in the heck are we too go for help all you get when you call HQ is voice mail and no one ever calls back Live Help is a joke (and I don't mean to pick on people that work for live help I know its not all lindens there) I sure hope if you start a "pay suport" system the level of service gets MUCH better then it is now. Because I'll be REALLY HOT if I am paying more $$ for the level of service I getting now ! Oh and the same for land fees as well If we see more price changes... the grid better damn site be more stable then it has been. Because paying more for the grid issues like we had around the 1st part of oct. will not be worth it AT ALL!!! Also What is being done about packet loss?????????????? It has been through the roof from about the 1st of Oct. I just don't see anything being done and now we are being asked to sheel out more $$. FOR WHAT I ASK YOU??
