I'm sure this isn't the correct name for it, but I remember Linden lab planning something having to do with replacing the trees and fauna we have now with a more lifelike alternative.
I was wondering what happened to that? Is this still in works on is it abandoned?

Hey Nimue. Ah, that--SpeedTree. No, not abandoned, still enroute, further off than some development projects which've come to be in 1.9.1, but no new public news at this time where we could show it off. I'm looking forward to it too, as I have many things to stay about the state of arboreality in SL...
