Someone stated in another forum that Wordpress doesn't insist people sign up for their own blog in order to comment on another. That is is an option that you can require an account to let people comment on your blog, but that it's not set as default, meaning LL deliberately selected that option. Is this true and if so why? Why has LL chosen to insist people open an account with Wordpress just to be able to post comments on the SL blog?
