I'd have thought being a Premium account would have counted as having "used" my payment info, even after I'd tiered down to Basic, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
What's the actual definition of "payment info used"?

Hey Dingo! What it means is that you've conducted a successful transaction with us. And yes, being billed for a Premium account DOES count as that. Why it doesn't say that on your account I don't know specifically--but please contact Support and find out. Take care.
