About a week ago (late Monday evening) I put in a Paypal transfer request to withdraw my Lindex $US balance. I got the automatic email confirming the request had been recieved but nothing since then, no money on my SL balance and no money has arrived in my paypal account. The transfer shows up in my history as "processed". I know the system sometimes gets backed up, is there such a backup that I should be aware of? Who's the correct person to contact for help with this?

Hi Elle! The correct people to contact are our billing Lindens like Jill who's helped answer questions on SL Answers before... [email]billing@secondlife.com[/email] or calling support will work too. Best of hope getting this resolved soon. ^^
