Differentiating between estate and mainland land in the for sale search

I was looking for some more land today and found that the Land Sales search has become much more difficult to make use of since estate owners could list their land for sale there.

Now when you search for land, both mainland and estate land is displayed. That's great, but the estate land almost always requires rent to be payed in addition to the purchase price. I was looking specifically for land that I don't have to pay any extra monthly fees for (ie mainland land) but finding it is almost impossible since you're not able to tell from the search results which land parcels are estate land and which are mainland.

How about we have another icon (and additional parameter in the dropdown) that can be used to differentiate private estate sales from mainland sales?

Something else that would be useful is being able to see the covenant that is associated with the estate land parcels as their descriptions often refer to the covenant for further details. Currently the only way to see the covenant is to go there and look in About land.

Thank you Hinkley -- you may have seen similar questions in Linden Answers about this. We haven't decided on an implementation but we do believe searching for land (and other things) should be more versatile. I will add your feedback for sure, please let me know if you have a Feature Voting Proposal which corresponds too.
