Does LL have any plans to remedy their unsatisfactory BBB rating?

As a developer in SL, I think it damages business for people to see that LL has shown "a pattern of being unresponsive to valid customer complaints".

I believe while that's not a large sample, that it *is* important we do improve the responsiveness of our support, as referenced earlier in Robin Linden's blog post:

Changes Coming To Customer Service

Specifically about the BBB, I'll ask if there's any more info. And hrmmm it looks like they should update our "Nature of Business" description, that's not quite accurate.
