upset and mad at LL

You know the mess at the Roundtable meeting is just another example of how BAD the PREFORMANCE of the grid is..... I signed in 2 hours early so I could get into the sim before it was full. Then about 30 mins before the meeting the lag was crushing...... then about 2 min after the meeting started I crashed along with a few other people..... Of course I had issues trying to get back into the sim when I did I was mad and said something in open chat that I should not have (but I was mad as all get out!!) Of course because of what I said I got booted off the grid and could not sign back on for many hours. All of my anger could be avoided if LL would just show to all of us that preformance issues and bugs are being worked on instead of a nice log in screen on the viewer. Unless things get much better and fast. Its not worth it at the current price I pay for over half a mainland sim let alone if the price moves upward. As has been stated could happen....... LL has major preformce issues - and customer service issues that need to be fixed before you can start to raise your price. Im all for paying top $$ for good service but you have not shown me that yet. I am growing tired of all the issues and not getting customer suport. I know the growth has blown you away in terms of how fast it has happened. However that makes it no better for those of us that are spending huge amounts of RL $$ for this.
