More limits on self-replication

[UPDATE] In addition, I've just learned Andrew Linden has internally implemented a way that'll block "grey goo" (self-replicating objects from crossing region boundaries, making containment of future attacks easier.


Is this something that will be activated during an attack or something that will have a negative impact on existing and future legitimate uses of self replication. Artificial life is my personal concern. Terminus is still impacted by the last measures to control attacks.(On that note any progress on no fence for objects on their own land?)

Our aim is to not detrimentally impact reasonable uses of current content, including "artificial life" (that isn't multiplying so quickly that it'd need to be contained!)--so with your specific details, Sera, I'd recommend joining the conversation in here:
