i am upset big time anbd need help

I have a LAND accoint . i could not remaber my pets name NOW IT SAY i have to wait tell monday to call be for i can use my land owening accoint,this is BS. i have stuff i have to do and can NOT wait tell monday, i am really up set in fast i am mad as hack.
