It really didnt occur to me about my account status as only "Payment info on file" until i was restricted from a parcel today, why are we not granted "Payment info used" when we withdraw, it goes into a bank account the payment info is used...

Hi,
The reason we dont use "Payment info used" when a resident processes a credit is because these are two very different processes.
"Payment info used" refers to when a payment method is successfully billed. On the other hand, when a resident requests a credit be processed, the credits can be received by Paypal or by check. To indicate "Payment info used" when a resident may have a credit card on file, but processed a credit by Paypal or check would be inaccurate. To keep the process simple and straight forward, "Payment info used" is indicated once a payment method on file was billed with success.
