You are collecting computer signatures now. Banning an avatar name is useless because griefers just make new accounts at will.

PLEASE allow banning by computer signature!

This is the only useful way to ban someone ... PLEASE

We already do this, generally speaking. Alternate avatars (with different names) are linked and altogether banned when it's found that they--griefing alts--have compounded their troublemaking inworld. So hope this clears up that. :)
