If you went to the fancy restaurant often, like, REALLY often, and the maitre'd regularly comped you dessert, because you are such a good customer and, when something went wrong, the managers, waiters and chefs leapt on the problem, sending someone out every couple of minutes to say, "Look, really sorry, but there's something wrong in the kitchen and we're trying to fix it"...

Wouldn't you cut them some slack? Even if this was a business meeting and you may lose money because of the screw up?

The way I look at it, SL runs 24/7, pretty much, and runs pretty smoothly 99% of the time.
Yesterday, some schmuck bombed the place (which may or may not have anything to do with today). They fixed it. Now, there's another problem. Timing sucks, but running something all day, all night, all year? They do a fantastic job, you gotta admit!
