On my account page it says i have 1024 square meters Allowed Land Holdings how do i raise this number?

The easiest way is to buy more land. You only get billed for the tier of land you actually own, and the process of buying more land in world will automatically increase your tier if needed.
If you want to increase this to donate tier to a group you can go to https://secondlife.com/account/landfees.php to change your tier directly. _____________________
