I seem to get the distinct feeling that Linden Labs does not take its own customers seriously anymore. I feel very ignored by the Linden Labs staff in general. it seems that our comments are never really answered anymore. The blog resorts to anarchy and the lindens never answer those because someone always takes their side and no one gets their opinion truly heard because of all the absurd comments made. Linden Labs, my confidence in your ability to perform satisfactorily in the realm of customer service and support is dropping quickly.

We do take our customers very seriously. Blog and forum posts are being read and considered. There are far more residents then there are Linden employees and we are simply unable to respond to all comments.
