Why is there a "PERMISSION_CHANGE_LINKS" permission, granted by the object owner? What problem or exploit is this right required to prevent? I can't think of anything that simply allowing scripts to link and unlink prims in a linkset that the script's owner has the right to link or unlink could do that justifies making scripts jump through this hoop.
