This morning this error is being returned whenever I connect to a secure part of the SL website using Safari. Firefox doesn't do it only Safari. Until this morning it's been OK why the sudden change ? This is Safarism ! eg: connecting to https://secondlife.com/account/index.php causes "400 Bad Request" Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port. Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.
Hint: https://secondlife.com:443/ [edit] ok .. so it's working properly again now So ... what is it that's so different about https on the SL site ? I'm often getting glitches and errors related to https here that I never see on any other site.

I don't know, Lauk, but I'm curious too--I'll let our web developers know.

[UPDATE] Gulliver Linden let me know--seems like it may have been transient, perhaps related to a web push at around the same time and not browser-specific. If you're able to reproduce it again or know of other Residents having the same problems, please let me know (torley@lindenlab.com).
