error made me downgrade

i have a premium account, which means i can buy land. I went to buy land and then it said that an error occured while bringing up the land options,and that i had started a downgrade??? I did no such thing. I didnt downgrade at all, and my next billing wasnt going to be till the 27th, and they had already tooken out the money for my premium. Why is this so?? Now i have payed my 10$ in real life and then because of an error in the game now im being downgraded somehow and cant buy land. this was one of the only reasons i wanted premium account was for the ablity to own land.
