No. It doesn't take care to make these decision, it takes caring about your customers. Any company that cared in the least about their customers would make the very easy decision that "Yes, while classifieds are not working properly, you will not be charged for them." Simple and customer friendly but somehow that simple remedy seems beyond LL's ability. It has been over a week now that this problem has existed and over a week that people have been asking about some form of compensation for the expenses incured for useless classified ads and in all that time we have not received any real answer to our pleas.
