Iunderstand the person filing the AR on a post cnnot be named and should not be. But what about some sort of Poilice Blotter type setup. Name of Post and what it was AR'd for and eventually action taken?

While it's not that specific, Darkness, what is done is on the Police Blotter is that you will see discipline handed out for forum violations. For example:
Date: Friday, March 31, 2006 Violation: Forum Formal Warning: Disclosure: Second Life Region: — Description: Posting chat logs to forums Action taken: Warning issued. _____________________
