ok as each week goes by i begin to wonder how many updates are there going to be, and which one will be the last time I am able to log into SL because my computer will no longer be good enough to work with it.
Can someone please tell me where this update hell is going to stop at? |

We continually strive to make SL a better product. Updates, at some rate, will continue into the foreseeable future. While it may or may not continue at a weekly rate, it will probably continue to be fairly steady.
If your computer meets the minimum system requirements (found at http://secondlife.com/corporate/sysreqs.php) then your computer will continue to be supported. If this list is to be changed there will be lots, and lots of advance warning and notice. It is not currently planned to be changed. If for some reason your system does meet minimum specs and you see a decline in performance or an inability to run SL, PLEASE let us know.
