Account balance page

Hi,

Could someone explain the workings behind the web account balance page to me as I am a little confused.

When I sell Linden$ my Linden$ amount goes down.

When the Linden$ is sold my US$ amount goes up.

However when I process credit - namely to move the US$ to my paypal account the transaction is accepted - the credit history shows in progress - I receive an email saying withdrawal request confirmed.

BUT

My US$ figure doesnt move.

I would have assumed that the balance would drop until the transaction was processed or refunded.


( I know my account had a glitch with one payment recently - but now I can place as many credit orders as I like and it doesnt effect the overall dollar balance - and absolutely nothing is hitting my paypal account )

Hence my confusion - Please explain.

Hi Adriana, while I'm not sure about this--can you please actually go to your PayPal account and complete the transaction, withdrawing the US$? That may have to be done in order to update and reflect the correct total of your balance, as a request has been put in but the US$ hasn't actually been withdrawn.

The balance should drop after you complete withdrawal.
