I had an issue with one of my accounts, that I need to get the account name changed. And email from LL told me that I needed to call, so I did. I have tried for over 2 months now, calling 2-3 times a day, every other day or so within the calling hours. I have also left about 5 messages with my in-world name, email, and/or a callback number. I don't know if they aren't getting through, or mysteriously getting deleted.
I have also asked a Linden, who said she'd leave a note saying that I needed contacted. That was about 5 days ago. LL, how do I get through? The email said I needed to call, not email. I have not emailed LL about this issue, but I have phoned MORE than enough times. What should my next step be?
Also, your BBB report doesn't look too great, could this be why?
