Support for the disabled

I am posting this on behalf of LieutenantCommander Warf, who was suspended on the 12 of July for a 3 day period.

During this time, she was also requested to provide a proof of age. An ID was promptly e-mailed to Linden Labs. 3 days passed, and then the weekend. While Warf's suspension had ended, the acount was still suspended. As far as we know, we believe this to be due to the age verification. So far, nothing has been sent from Linden Labs confirming either way.

Calling, is not an option. Due to medical complications, Warf does not have the ability to speak.

Getting the acount back up is of a good deal of importance, as before the suspension, an island was bought. Otherwise, it is a 1000+ investment down the drain. Other than the island, Warf has put hundreds of dollars into this game.

I know that it is requested that threads of this nature are not posted in this forum, but all other avenues, as far as we know, have proved useless.

Let me look into this Jude. It's possible the fax didn't make it to the right person. We'll check.
