I didnt have any trouble setting up my new passwords, however a friend of mine is. My friend KNOWS the secret answer used to set up the account, however the LL site says there is no such information on file. Whats up with that? My friend lives in the UK, does that mean a long distance phone call to get this sorted out? There are other ways of verifying account information. Making people wait thru a weekend is a bad business call. People get the weekend off and run to enjoy what they worked all week to pay for and your telling them they have to wait till a work day to start even giving them solutions.
I noted on the main log In page that over 300,000 dollars of players real money was spent in the last 24 hours, money they worked hard for to come to SL to play. With that kind of money being spent, I would think you could come up with a better and faster solution to YOUR problem and not make it the PLAYERS problems.
Come on Lindens help these people out, and find a way to do it now..not Monday.
