OK, a person who has had an account for over a year (a PAID account) can't remember what he put in as his security question and for this he can't log in all weekend? That is unacceptable.. he can easily verify his credit card information or SOMETHING. There has to be SOMETHING, please.

If you would just open the phone lines instead of having that voice message on there then people who have been on too long to remember their security question could call in and verify credit card information or something.

I'm with Michelle on this. I have my passwords in an encrypted computer file and a hard copy. I never expected to need the "security answer" and never wrote them down.
There had to have been a better way to do this other than cancelling the passwords of all the accounts.

I'm afraid without the security question we can't validate an account over the phone. We have to assume the attacker had access to the security questions.
You will have to wait until Monday when we can validate your account through another means. We will have extra people staffing the phones in order to help as many people as possible. If we can do it sooner than Monday we'll make an announcement.
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but we have to handle things this way for your and everyone else's protection.
