I accidently left help island a little to soon and i have a question about building
I have six prims and im trying to figure out how to turn them all into one object
So if any one (everyone) can tell me how do this i will be very grateful

You want to Link them. You can do this by selecting them all (hold shift and click each one) and choosing Link from the Tool menu or pressing ctrl-L.
