I am sorry, I am having trouble with your link in the following ways:
1) Some of it is RL, some is SL - I think - I can't tell which is which.
2) There are many articles, the most recent one isn't what you are talking about I think?
3) Most of it seems to be role play ... maybe? I'm not sure.
Please repost your actual concern as an actual question, instead of a link to an entire blog and just some comments around the edge of your concern.
