Why are my music urls and radios no longer functioning? When may we expect the problem to be resolved? (Bug Reports have been submitted, by the way.) Why does no one respond in Live Help? Does Linden Labs not know that even the usual, dismissive response is better than NO response at all? Is Linden Labs even aware that no one responds in Live Help, even when there are people on and one is not speaking into the void? When may we expect Customer Service to return to some semblance of service?

Live Help is staffed by volunteers, not Linden employees and there are times when no volunteers are present. I know this is frustrating, and the challenge we are taking on is to find a way to offer support within Second Life that is more readily available. For a problem of this sort, however, you're better off writing to [email]support@lindenlab.com[/email] (no, a bug report doesn't go to the support group). They are much better able to approach your problem specifically than is possible by a volunteer, or even me on this forum.
