I thought the message that customers were concerned about underage users of the maingrid may have been heeded.

Please find at the foot of this posting the relevant police blotter entry. I appreciate you are unable to respond to individual cases, so let's not use that escape clause about this general question.

My question:

Why have you not responded to these concerns?

I expect the reply will be along the lines of.... The Police Blotter only tells half a story.

My supplementary question:

Why is a Company which professes that communication is so important, unable to communicate the full story?

My concluding question:

What is the Linden Lab definitive position on underage residents admitting to being on the grid. (I have read the TOS and there is no reference to sanction regarding underage on the maingrid, the overage on the teengrid sanction is open as to what LL will do).

As notices do not remain visible for long, I have added relevant time and date this was taken from the Police Blotter.

When someone who is underage is found on the main grid their account is held for age verification. If they can't prove they are over 18, they are moved to the teen grid.

Someone who is committing a community standards violation will be disciplined, with the discipline dependent on the seriousness of the violation and whether or not there have been previous problems.

In this particular case, it looks like both things may have happened.
