Hello. For a few days now, I was unable to log in to the game because of a "bug" that seems to cause trouble if your group title has a special character. Say, a japanese character for example. My group title has a japanese character in it. Now, the problem is, that this group only consisted of 3 people. Me as the owner, and the other two as members without any officer rights. I have logged on with an "alt", trying to see if maybe it has to do with my computer and to contact someone with answers about this (Live help and direct IMs to Lindens). Also, I have sent an e-mail to the support staff to look into it. No answer recieved, ever. A friend of mine has contacted Spike Linden to delete my little group. It's been done but the error still remains to be present. "Unable to connect to a simulator.". The friend I have mentioned above said, that it can only be fixed if my title is being changed, or that I pick another title from a different group. Of course that is impossible to do by myself, since I cannot log on. Is there anything that can be done about this by the Lindens? Please help.

Hey Felidae, this is either the same -- or a similar case to another one I've been hearing from, from Customer Support. This still ongoing? Please email me at torley@lindenlab.com , I'll check with support but replies should come within a day or so... let me know any other details that are relevant. :)
