Here's our policy on the matter:
New 'Basic' Second Life accounts (those created after May 29, 2006) no longer receive a weekly stipend of Linden Dollars, regardless of previous account status. So this means that if you had a Premium account before that date and recently downgraded to Basic, no, you won't receive a weekly stipend. This also keeps it consistent (and easy to remember) for all Basic members._____________________
