I nailed down one reason for the following message:

"Objects in <sim name> are unable to be created because the parcels they are being created on are full. Notifications from this region are temporarily deactivated."

I went to the precise coordinates that were listed as the source of some of these errors when they had not yet been shut off. Yes, the parcel adjacent to that spot was full. Nothing active inside that parcel, however.

So I looked nearby, and found that a rezzer for some temp-on-rez fish was close to the edge of the parcel. The single prim rezzer would produce three fish, and then would move them around in a semi-random fashion for a while as if swimming, before de-rezzing them and making a fresh set. The error was triggereing each time one of the temp-on-rez prims from this fish rezzer was attempting to move into the nearby full parcel!

For a clearly defined test case, go to Nohona Isle, and look in the water at the mouth of the lagoon for a piece of kelp that spawns three butterfly fish. I moved them further from the full parcel, and the owner of the full parcel deleted a few of his items to make room for these occasional 'visitors', so we can both have some peace and quiet. But I'll gladly set up a micro-parcel in range of the fish, that a Linden can fill for testing purposes. I'll be in-world Sunday morning.

Will someone PLEASE get this fixed?

Temp-on-rez items should NOT count against a full parcel's prim count, especially when the rezzer for them is in an adjacent parcel with literally THOUSANDS of available prims!

Please, I don't want to kill many of my fish just to fix a bug that LL created with one of their recent patches! I paid good money for those fish!

Hi Ceera, I'm going to forward this to the developer who's familiar with this.

Torley (or anyone working on this),

Like Cera, I looked into this problem. I submitted a Bug Report with my findings [[rt.lindenlab.com #492919] AutoReply: Bug: E:1 P:1 O:W V1.13.0.8 (Telea)[Building] "Prim counts on land broken. TempRez not being calculated right." rt.lindenlab.com #492919], and if you need additional information, please feel free to contact me inworld.

This is severely hampering building. Anything I can to to help, I will be more than glad to do.

I would also suggest someone do a Search here on the forum and group all the relivant posts. Many have commented on this.

Dude, you are a true and good friend, and I love you like the brother that my mom claims she never had, but you are in fact acting like a flaming douche on white toast with a side order of dickknob salsa..maybe you should reconsider this course of action and we go find something else to do.

Thanks Jessy for your bug report.

@Ceera, at present: I checked with Don Linden, and he mentioned, "It looks like even temp on rez objects can't rez on a full parcel (this may have changed recently)."

There are some ongoing open issues about temp-on-rez which we'll want further communication about when they're clarified. I don't have more details at this time, but will continue keeping an eye on it.
