Change security question?

In an earlier thread Robin Linden said, "I'm afraid without the security question we can't validate an account over the phone. We have to assume the attacker had access to the security questions." How do we change the security question and awnser? If we cant thats pretty stupid as the attacker could just reset our passwords again if they did have the awnsers.
