Before i start writing this long topic, i will ask for true input from a linden, not a push off response because simply, that'll just make me want me to packup all my land, sell it, sell everything in my avatar and just leave with a few thousand USD.

First issue of business, teens on the main grid, everyone ive talked to are sick of this, some are ready to leave because of this, what is linden lab doing to prevent teens on the main grid? I see nothing but please correct me if im wrong.

Abuse reports, lately ive stopped bothering with abuse reports, none get resolved and it just spams my email with the 'abuse report filed' emails sent when you send one, ive resorted to tracking cages (and dont tell me i can get banned because i dont want to hear it, when noone else gets banned.

Client stability, this is probably the most troubling factor that i have with this topic, why are there still bugs not being fixed that have been around since shortly after beta, and why arent long term bugs being corrected instead of new features being added, thats kinda like adding a tower on a shakey foundation, too much and it'll go boom boom. Also, why arent the patches being tested correctly, as today while trying to snapshot an item to put on slexchange i crashed, and i havent gotten on since due to this.

I can answer the patches not being tested correctly, it all boils down to communication, you need something in the private grids so that people can read the changes, as people dont read the site, they just read the update and are anxious to check it out. Then we will know what we can test and maybe people like me wont crash taking a snapshot.

Lastly, i would like to know jeskas manager, aka boss, she told me weeks ago that the 'vollunteer' page would display something other then under process for the past 3 months, and i have trouble finding vollunteers, one day i sat on live help for a half hour untill a linden answered my question, one day prior to that i had to close out because noone answered. Then about a week ago i send her an email, no response, i wonder why? So i would like contact information for the manager above jeska.

This should be an interesting response, i'll be waiting and refreshing, since i dont dare go on sl right now.

There's been a lot of prior Linden responses to your questions, including in the SL Answers history if you want to look back some pages. :) Also check out Robin's blog as for what LL is doing:

Be The Change

I've posted a lot about abuse recently, e.g., /139/a2/121866/1.html

and many more.

It's easy to say some things but a lot harder to do things. We won't stop working on improvements--the danger here is being stagnant. For example, we're getting a quick move on this deadly one:

/139/a2/121866/1.html

Wherever they come up, we'll hunt them down. Also of note, as I often said, is a lot of the instabilities that got fixed before public release, but of course Residents never go through those; and that's the way it should be, "transparent".

Re: what you asked about Jeska, you can talk to Robin Linden. She's head of the Community Team. Live Help is severely busy right now, with lots and lots of questions. I'll also of course forward this to Jeska for her input.

Best of hope!

Please note, it can between 3-5 weeks for applications to Mentors, Greeters, and Instructors to be approved. We will add Live Helpers as needed, and you may be approved and placed in the "waiting pool" to join the team at any time.
