What is our correct course of action if we believe that a Linden has acted inappropriately?

On the forums, we can 'report a post' if we believe another resident has acted inappropriately - but I don't know the procedure to ask a Linden's behaviour to be investigated. Some of these problems have gone on for months - obviously I cannot and will not go into specific details or name names here.

Emailing support, abuse and abuse-manager never get any answers, even an acknowledgement of receipt. Telephoning support tells us that they don't deal with such issues. Telephoning Linden Lab just ends up putting you through to a voicemail box - which never gets a response.Contacting the Linden directly that you believe is responsible gets ignored.

In most organisations, there is a documented disciplinary procedure and correct path to take when such matters are bought to the company's attention.

Who do we contact at Linden Lab, and how?

abuse-manager@lindenlab.com is the correct path for such issues. It is true not all emails there get responses, most do not. However every email is read and investigated.
