First, thank you for the new options. I was finally able to change my password.
Second, once people have changed their passwords successfully, is there a way to get the "Security Question" changed as well? [Preferably that does not involve adding to the phone queue.]

I'm glad to hear you were able to change your password. We have not allowed people to change their security questions in the past, but that sounds like a good suggestion, we will be announcing additional plans for security improvements in a post to come on our blog. Please keep an eye there for more information.
