Still intensely being worked on, paulie! It's a monolith that's been broken up internally into many smaller pieces. One of the first in-client uses we may see is a revamp of F1 HELP--this strikes on dual fronts, because 1) people do want to see inworld web browsing and 2) people want better SL documentation.
Another may be (but is subject to change) replacement of some of the native UI controls with HTML equivalents which are more flexible (that seems to be a big buzzword currently) and adaptable.
