Does the delay in checks also effect paypal EFT/ACH transfers?

I'm just curious about this one. Because other people seem to have made transfers around the time that I did, and have their funds. :/ Usually cutting a check is much different than an ACH xfer and usually unrelated if one is delayed.

I don't even have an acknowledgement that there is a pending transaction on the paypal side. Only on the SL side. Which is leading me to think that my xfer out to PP wasn't even sent. Or is now potentially somewhere in a black hole. PP has nothing stating that they have another incoming payment from SL/LL into my account. I asked.

I also know that you have 5 days to negate an ACH transfer. Hence why there are times it can take up to 5 days for an EFT/ACH xfer to clear. Which is also why I'm very concerned in my situation where it's been more than five business days. More so because there has been no response.

Or on the slightly off chance of it happening, has the Risk API blocked transfers and resulted in the delays?

Can we get some clarification on the delays please?
Some that are not as general and vague as the blog.

P.S. Please help me find out what went wrong with my transaction. Especially since it is important that I have the funds as soon as possible.
