If officers quit what happens to land?

If there is a plot of land and it is group owned with two officers, and both of them don't renew their accounts, but there are a couple of non officers still in the group... what happens to that land? Is it possible for one of the members to assume management of that land or does the group desolve and the land go to the Lindens?

It'd depend on the specific circumstances, but if the group doesn't disband and the land has enough tier donated in the group to keep going, then it should be fine. But I understand it may be a precarious situation, so I'd recommend asking for help from support in case there are only two members--in which case the group will disband within several days and the land will revert to Governor Linden eventually.
