Objects are still going missing

One of my tenants just informed me that upon my rearranging of group owned land, a lot of her expensive items just went missing. These are individually-owned items, not group items. I realize that group owned objects can be deleted when doing this but what is going on with individually owned objects? I have also personally been missing a lot of items that were not involved in a group in any way, and even things purchased after the missing inventory bug was supposedly cleared up, and I have heard the same from other residents.

Additionally, I sold a piece of land and the person told me that he didn't sell it but it is now showing in his transaction history as if I bought it back from him for 0$L and someone else owns it. It is not my fault people's objects and land are disappearing, I don't have individual powers to delete people's objects and land, unless someone made me a Linden without my knowledge I have been getting a lot of unhappy IM's over the past few days about this issue, which bothers me even more than my own missing items.
