First Land in a group.

There is a newbie who wants to join my group. At the moment he is still entitled to First Land.

If he donates his 512 land allowance to the group, does he lose the First Land entitlement?

I am talking about the future, after he leaves the group, will he still be able to buy his first land?

Yes. That's right--he will lose the entitlement to First Land, including in the future. The reason is, because group-owned land is still owning land. So I'd recommend if he wants to keep his First Land rights, that you guys find another way to contribute enough land credits. Take care Tarquin!
