You had 2 days to have a plan in place for all the issues that you knew were going to happen. then you cut off the one avenue they would have left. Do you even have a business plan? Do you even know how to not anger every customer you have in one idiotic move? Honestly you have really screwed up this time, and you definetly need to reimburse customers that have their accounts down or deleted because they can't get back in. You all should be pulling shifts this weekend to fix this issue. We are your paying customers andyou treat us with contempt and no concern for customer service whatsoever. You never plan ahead, or put contingency plans in place to help people. And again i say, you learned of the problem 2 days ago! There is not one reasonable excuse to why you do not have customer support working this weekend. You should be breaking your backs trying to help all possile until this fiasco is over. It was you that decided to wipe all the passwords! You are responsible for this problem and you are the ones that need to accomodate us. We demand an answer and you need to get your people back into the call center to work on this problem immediately!
